Vialife mozzarella shreds

I’m honestly not too picky when it comes to vegan cheese. This is a solid brand that melts and isn’t flavorless. I made my boyfriend some vegan eggs and put mozzarella shreds in and he had no complaints which is telling because he’s picky with vegan food. The only thing is, he said it didn’t taste like real mozzarella because the flavor was too cheesy. It’s not my go-to cheese because my cheddar Daiya shreds are more flavorful and have a better consistency. I’ll do a review on those too soon. I think in general I prefer cheddar over mozzarella but if you’re a mozzarella person, go check these out. Also, let me know what cheeses you’d like me to review next!
