I am going to start this review off plain and simple, this is my favorite vegan cheese. The texture is amazingly similar to real parmesan and the flavor is absolutely delicious. This cheese goes perfectly on top of pasta or a homemade pizza. I made homemade pizzas for my boyfriends whole non-vegan family and they all loved this cheese. Ever since trying it, this cheese has been in rotation. Even if you’re not vegan, make the switch. To quote the physicians committee for responsible medicine “Milk and other dairy products are the top source of saturated fat in the American diet, contributing to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease. Studies have also linked dairy to an increased risk of breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers.” Try out a vegan cheese, maybe even try a few out and see what you like. Make the switch for your body and the environment.
