Just Egg (vegan egg)

Updated: Aug 1

I know most vegans know and love Just Egg so this for for people who are trying to get into veganism/sustainable eating. I’ve realized that hearing the term “vegan egg” seems scary to people who aren’t used to it. However, it is made to almost perfectly mimic the texture of an egg and it cooks exactly the same as how eggs would as well. I usually throw Just Egg in a pan with some vegan cheddar and green onion and make an omelet. It’s full of protein and tastes absolutely delicious. I think one of the biggest draws of Just Egg is that there is no cholesterol, which whole eggs are usually packed full of. Just Egg is made from mung beans and uses 98% less water. To produce a single chicken egg, it takes 53 gallons of water. This is a great sustainable options with so many ways it can be used
