Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds

Daiya is a controversial brand, some vegans love it and some vegans hate it. I think daiya did a really good job with two products, their cheesecake and these cheddar shreds. I love the texture of these cheddar shreds. They are so thin and slightly oily. I usually put them in my omelet and they melt pretty well. They also add a nice super cheesy flavor. I often eat it straight out of the bag too!
