Beyond Sausage

My boyfriend bought these for when I come over his house and they are SO flavorful. The thing with beyond meat is you definitely have to add some seasoning to bring out its flavor- just like regular meat! These are 100% best when sautéed, when i had them from the grill they were so DRY. Absolutely not. Maybe they were just not cooked right but so far, sautéed is the way to go! Even my non-vegan boyfriend likes it and trust me, he’s picky with vegan food. Usually he makes the sausage cut up with some veggies and rice, it’s perfect. These would probably also be amazing for breakfast on a vegan bacon, egg, and cheese…
