A good spot to eat out with non-vegan friends and family.
I was a little hesitant to try this at first because it is served cold and that threw me off a little. However, I found it really good. It was super flavorful, I ended up pairing it with their dumpling sauce and chili oil. My mom didn't love this dish but I thought it was pretty good. I'm not completely sure of what it's made of but I'm guessing it's bean curd.
Honestly, I wish we got their other eggplant option, the garlic eggplant. I just don't think basil paired the best with the eggplant and the sauce. It wasn't bad but it could've been better.
